OUR PROCESS
FROM SKETCH TO ETCH
SKETCH
From hand drawn designs to vector or cad files, just send us what you've got and we can help you out!
DESIGN
The designs are then converted and optimized for the photochemcial etching technique
PROTOTYPE
We ensure that the prototypes are approved by you before we move on to full production
ETCH
After you are happy with the prototype, we move on to full production and finishing
QC
In addition to final quality control, samples are taken throughout the process to be tested
